• The account has not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing).
• The user has not claimed a refund from SportsPredict in the past 12 months.

Non-Refundable Situations

While we strive to be generous, certain situations are not covered by our money-back guarantee:

• Partial Months: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made in the middle of a billing cycle after the 20-day window.
• Betting Losses: SportsPredict provides data and analysis. We are not responsible for financial losses incurred from betting activities. Refunds strictly cover the subscription fee.
• Abuse: Repeated refund requests or "churning" accounts will be denied.
